Brief 6 Lydia Stroud Adorned rebrand - Meeting & Brief

Meeting

After attending a fashion event at White cloth gallery i spoke with Lydia and we discussed a rebrand for her clothing brand 'Adorned'. Today i met with Lydia Stroud and we discussed the direction for her rebrand.Before the meeting had emailed her and asked her to answer some questions which would help with the rebrand:

Do you think your current branding reflects your clothing?

Yes feminine , flirty and fresh

What are the main points of your company’s branding you want to change and update?

Website theme and logo need updating so that they are less seasonal and can be used all year around.

What is the audience for your brand?

18-30 a girl who likes to go on a night out and takes care in her appearance. She likes to stand out take risks with fashion. Someone who prefers good quality high street/designers items over cheap retailers.

What should women think/feel when they view your clothing on any online platforms?

Easy to navigate and user-friendly, simple, feminine to compliment and Adorned brand.

Give three examples of other clothing websites or brands you like, who’s branding you feel is strong (please make note of what you like about them)

www.aqua.com - The garments are nicely show case and easy to view

www.missguided.com colourful and playful but simple

Lydia also sent me a selection of logos that she was inspired by and would like me to consider their styles when designing.
