Jamie and decided as Kirsty wanted to involve flowers in her album artwork that we would get some feathers and take some pictures of them. We first decided we would scan them in.

The next step we decided we would use a close up lens with a digital camera and photograph the feathers in the photography studio with lights.

We then decided we would try all angles and take some pictures of the feathers in the natural light.

The photography turned out really well . i am glad we took the pictures because they were an important element of the brief and the theme behind the concept. We can now make variations and experiment in photoshop with the imagery.
